Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear
